As an Approved EMDR Consultant, I can offer the 20 hours required for EMDR certification to therapists worldwide who have completed their EMDR basic training and are working towards EMDR certification through EMDRIA.
My approach integrates play therapy, expressive arts, parts of self, and sand therapy while remaining faithful to the EMDR eight-phase treatment method. This approach is flexible, allowing the client's brain and body to guide the healing journey.
