Service Description
During an intake session, we’ll start by getting to know each other and discussing your reasons for seeking therapy. This session is a time for you to share your personal history, current concerns, and goals, while I gather important information to better understand how I can support you. We’ll also go over policies, expectations, and answer any questions you may have about the therapy process. By the end of the intake, we’ll have a clearer direction for your treatment and the next steps in your healing journey. If you are seeking therapy for a minor, I recommend that parents or guardians attend the intake session without the child present. This helps create a space where we can openly discuss concerns and goals before beginning the therapeutic process. By the end of the intake, we’ll have a clear plan for moving forward and addressing your family’s needs.
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. Evergreen Journey Counseling, PLLC does not offer refunds for training registrations, workshops, consultations, or other professional services once payment has been submitted. We encourage participants to review all event details and confirm their availability prior to registering. If you are unable to attend a training or workshop, you may request to transfer your registration to a future training of equal or lesser value, or to another participant, if requested at least 15 days before the scheduled event. A $50 transfer fee will apply to all approved transfers. Once the training has begun or access to course materials has been granted, no refunds or transfers will be issued under any circumstances, including illness, travel delays, or scheduling conflicts. Evergreen Journey Counseling, PLLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will have the option to transfer their registration to a future date or receive a full refund. Non-Contact CE Book Studies have 90 days from day of registration to complete the requirements to receive CE certificate. By completing registration, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
