About the event
In this 2-day play therapy training, participants will deepen their understanding of adolescent identity development and trauma through the integration of sandtray play therapy and SoulCollage®. Grounded in neuroscience, attachment, and developmental stages, this experiential workshop explores how symbolic expression, imagery, and creative processes support teens in accessing, externalizing, and transforming internal experiences.
Clinicians will learn how to use sandtray play therapy and SoulCollage® to support regulation, identity exploration, and meaning-making, while fostering safety, autonomy, and self-discovery. Through case examples and hands-on practice, participants will build confidence in integrating these approaches to support adolescents navigating trauma, transitions, and emerging sense of self.
